    Name of Project : Prioritized HIV Prevention Services for key population in Bangladesh" Package: HIV Prevention program for Female Sex Workers (FSW) and their Clients.
Job Responsibilities
  • Ensure high quality clinical services and relevant documentation and reporting.
  • Facilitate works to produce/achieve targeted results and minimize problems/conflicts
  • Assess the beneficiaries' need and act accordingly in terms of clinical service delivery
  • Maintain IP/UP at DIC level
  • Work to ensure quality of the pharmaceuticals and maintain temperature as per guideline
  • Ensure STI treatment based on National STI guideline
  • Conduct Satellite clinics where necessary
  • Conduct HIV testing and pre and post-test counselling
  • Follow all relevant guidelines/SOPs/Manuals
  • Help in building outreach capacity in terms to boost clinical service delivery
  • Coordinate care, treatment and support service providers to ensure 100% linking to C&T service
  • Work in team and participate where necessary for the sake of the good performance of the DIC
  • Do result analysis and guide team about how to proceed for achieving the clinical results.
  • Perform all the other tasks assigned by the Supervisor

    DASCOH Foundation is looking for a dynamic Upazila Coordinator (Service delivery & QI) for its` "USAID`s MaMoni Maternal and Newborn Care Strengthening Project" through Save the Children in Bangladesh to be implemented in Lakshmipur and Chandpur District.
Job Responsibilities
  • Implement MaMoni MNCSP project intervention at Upazila and union level facilities.
  • Improve or ensure quality services at Upazila and union level hospital.
  • Assist facilities (UHC, UH&FWC/USC, CC) management committee for their functionality.
  • Support UHC/UH&FWC/USC/CC management committee and QI committee meetings at Upazila level.
  • Mentorship with health service provider at union level health facilities.
  • Strengthen services at UHC/UH&FWC/USC/CC and satellite clinics.
  • Perform appropriate coordination and cooperation, advocacy of the project intervention and make linkage and networking at Upazila level.
  • Ensure documentation of the project activities, MNCH database and DQA.
